Rova, operated by EnduraGroup LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Our payment processing and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email our support team at support@rova.market with your order details, and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — to request one, follow the steps above within the 30-day window.
