1. Who we are

Rova is operated by EnduraGroup LLC ("Rova", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and you must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. The service

Rova provides real estate investment analytics, market data, AI-powered advisory features, and related tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms and any plan you have purchased.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• send spam or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
• probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service; or
• circumvent any technical limits, rate limits, or access controls.

5. Intellectual property

EnduraGroup LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, data, branding, and content we provide. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, and you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI features and informational nature

The Service includes AI-generated analyses, advisor outputs, and market data. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. All information is provided for general and educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any property, security, or financial product. You are solely responsible for verifying any information and for your own investment decisions.

7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections intended to survive (such as IP, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnduraGroup LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EnduraGroup LLC harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
